- Details of the products or services you enquire about, including device model, serial number and reported fault when you book a repair or AMC.
- Billing information required to raise a GST invoice, such as business name, address and GSTIN.

- To respond to quotes, product availability and service enquiries.
- To carry out repairs, warranty claims, installations and annual maintenance contracts.
- To raise invoices, maintain service history and meet statutory record-keeping requirements.
- To share occasional updates about offers or new products, only where you have asked for them.
Data on devices given for service
- We recommend backing up your data before handing over any device. Our technicians access stored data only where it is necessary to diagnose or repair the reported fault.
- We do not copy, retain or share personal files from customer devices, and formatted or replaced drives are wiped or returned to you on request.
Sharing with third parties
- We share limited information with brand service centres, distributors and logistics partners strictly to fulfil warranty claims, part replacements and deliveries.
- We never sell customer data or share it for advertising purposes.
Data retention and security
- Enquiry records, invoices and service jobsheets are retained for as long as needed for warranty, AMC and tax purposes.
- Records are kept in access-controlled systems and physical files at our Dandia Bazar premises.
Your choices
- You may ask us to update or delete your contact details, or to stop sending you offers, at any time.
- Write to us and we will action reasonable requests, subject to records we must keep by law.
